Escape Coffee - Suga Mommy - Colombia & Peru - Washed Half Caf

Suga Mommy is Escape’s seasonal half-caf blend from Colombia and Peru. It brings together coffees from Sebastián Ramírez and Felipe Estela, with Caturra and Yellow Caturra varieties grown at 1,750-2,100 metres. The blend combines washed coffee with coffee decaffeinated using ethyl acetate.

Turkish delight, Brookside chocolate and red fruit define its candy-like profile. Part of Escape’s Bright Series, it offers fruity sweetness with reduced caffeine, while still containing caffeine. Escape recommends a 1:17 filter ratio or a 1:2.5 espresso ratio in approximately 32 seconds.
