Kaffeelix Coffee

Kaffeelix is a specialty coffee roaster from St. Pölten, Austria, founded by Felix Teiretzbacher. He began roasting in 2012 for his own café, FELIX KAFFEE, before making roasting the centre of the business. In 2022, he became the first Austrian to win the World Coffee Roasting Championship.

That title recognises a discipline that goes beyond operating a roaster: competitors assess green coffee, plan roast profiles and demonstrate control over the finished result. Teiretzbacher continues to take a hands-on role in Kaffeelix’s roasting.

The range includes coffees for filter and espresso, with lighter and versatile omni-roast profiles chosen according to the lot.
