Parcel Coffee Roasters
Parcel Coffee Roasters is based in Thénouville, Normandy, France, and was founded by Mikaël Portannier and Damien Buretier. The two met at Paris roaster Lomi in 2016. Buretier later worked in green-coffee export in Guatemala, while Portannier developed an exceptional record in roasting.
Portannier earned the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in coffee roasting in 2023 and became World Coffee Roasting Champion in 2025. Buretier’s experience at origin brings a complementary understanding of producers, harvests and the green-coffee trade.
Parcel combines those skills in a selection built around identifiable farms and the qualities of individual lots. Its producer stories include relationships with growers such as Pepe Jijón at Finca Soledad in Ecuador. Roasting is developed to express variety and origin while keeping the finished cup balanced, with attention to how the coffee will be brewed.
