Café Pista is a specialty coffee roaster based in Montréal, Québec. Roasting since 2018, Pista works with traceable coffees and long-term sourcing projects, including El Naranjo with Azahar Coffee, the Monkaaba collective in Colombia, and Agricafé in Bolivia.
