Yamabiko Coffee Roasters

Yamabiko Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster based in Sutton, in Quebec's Eastern Townships. Founded by Nahoko and Chris, the team behind Café Yamabiko selects and roasts coffees to highlight the character of each origin. The name Yamabiko means an echo in the mountains, a reference to the landscapes that connect the founders' lives and coffee journey.
