Ditta Artigianale
Specialty coffee roasted in Florence, Italy.
Ditta Artigianale was founded in 2013 by Francesco Sanapo and Patrick Hoffer with a clear ambition: to bring a more transparent, origin-focused approach to Italian coffee. Beginning as a micro-roastery, the project grew into Florence’s café scene with its first coffee bar on Via dei Neri. Today, its coffees connect the familiarity of Italian espresso with the diversity of specialty coffee.
The roaster’s approach centres on relationships with producers, carefully selected micro-lots and roasting that highlights each coffee’s individual character. Origin, variety and processing are central to the selection, giving coffee drinkers a way to explore the work behind the cup rather than choosing by roast alone.
Our Ditta Artigianale collection brings together approachable blends, distinctive single origins and a Colombian decaf. Discover chocolate and nut-led profiles alongside brighter fruit and floral expressions, with coffees from Latin America, East Africa and Indonesia. The Finca El Puente coffees also offer an opportunity to compare varieties and processing styles from the same Honduran farm.
