This Colombian decaf comes from smallholder families around Villamaría in Caldas. Cherries are naturally processed at Jamaica station, then decaffeinated in Colombia using the sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate process. Expect a rich, sweet cup with pear and chocolate notes, a touch of pineapple acidity and a lingering toffee finish.
