Archers Coffee

Archers Coffee was founded in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, in 2018 by a group of friends working in specialty coffee. Its co-founders include Frederick Bejo, whose responsibilities span green-coffee buying and operations, and Dave Peralta, who leads the academy side of the business.

The company brings together roasting, green-coffee trading and professional education. Its academy offers training connected with the Specialty Coffee Association and Coffee Quality Institute, placing sensory evaluation and technical understanding close to the daily work of the roastery.

Archers develops relationships with producers and selects traceable coffees from a wide range of origins. Its roasting is associated with lighter profiles that aim to reveal the qualities of each lot. The combination of buying expertise, teaching and roasting makes the Sharjah project distinctive: coffee is approached as a raw ingredient to understand as well as a drink to prepare.
