Galeras is a Colombian decaf from smallholder farms on the slopes of the Galeras volcano in Nariño. Grown at 1,850 metres, it brings together Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varieties, with a cup that balances caramel-like sweetness and a gentle citrus lift.

The coffee is decaffeinated using the sugarcane ethyl acetate process. Ditta Artigianale’s notes of milk chocolate, apple and lemon make this an inviting option for anyone who wants an expressive coffee while reducing their caffeine intake. Roasted in Florence and supplied as whole beans.
