Decaf Divino is a balanced Colombian decaf from five long-time producer partners in Divino Niño, Suaza, Huila. Grown between 1,300 and 1,950 metres above sea level, the lot brings together V. Colombia, Caturra, and Castillo. The coffee is washed before being decaffeinated locally at the Descafecol plant in Manizales using ethyl acetate derived from fermented Colombian sugarcane. This method preserves much of the coffee’s natural structure and flavour, resulting in a full-bodied and approachable cup.
In the cup, Decaf Divino combines rich milk chocolate with the soft sweetness of praline and the creamy, buttery character of almond. Its rounded body and gentle brown sugar sweetness make it easy to enjoy throughout the day, while its structure also makes it particularly well suited to espresso. Sweet, comforting, and nuanced, this is a decaf designed to retain the satisfying character of a quality Colombian coffee.
