Jorge Arturo Serrano Villanueva and his family grow this washed Lempira and Parainema lot at Tierra de Leyendas. The farm’s work includes reforestation and collaboration with neighbouring coffee-growing families.

An eco-pulper limits water use, followed by washing and slow drying under shaded parabolic dryers. Milk chocolate, hazelnut and cane-sugar sweetness suit an everyday espresso or filter.
