Café Pista - Gundikhan Lot 3 - India - Washed

This washed Chandragiri lot comes from Saif Ulla’s Gundikhan Estate in Karnataka, part of the KaadKaapi collective. Shade-grown coffee helps sustain native forest and wildlife habitat.

Ripe cherries are sorted and depulped, fermented for around 18 hours, then washed and dried for about 15 days on raised beds and patios. Tamarind and chocolate lead into a gently spiced finish.
