Archers - Fazenda IP - Brazil
Tasting notes: Dark Chocolate, Almond, Brown Sugar, Full Body
Fazenda IP began in 1967 when Isidro Pereira purchased the farm, later joining forces with his son Luiz Paulo Pereira to manage and expand it. From 1974 onward, Luiz increased the planted area, invested in processing equipment, and explored new approaches to specialty-coffee production. He also introduced employee bonuses and training to reinforce careful harvesting and post-harvest work.
This natural Yellow Bourbon grows around 1,200 metres in Carmo de Minas. Bourbon has been cultivated in Brazil since the 1860s and is closely associated with the familiar nut-and-chocolate character found here. Dark chocolate, almond, and brown sugar combine with a full body, giving the espresso roast a rich, smooth, and comforting profile.
