Elto Sama Honey is produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene at Elto Sama Station in Anasora, Guji. The 74158 variety grows at 2,350 metres and is honey processed, yielding a delicate cup of apricot, white florals, cantaloupe and peach for both filter and espresso brewing.

Elto Coffee is Eliyas and Atiklit’s passion project, created to produce distinctive nano-lots from carefully selected cherries supplied by nearby smallholder farmers. Both are professional cuppers trained by the Ethiopian Tea and Coffee Authority, combining operations, agriculture and processing experience with a commitment to stronger farmer returns and a clearer expression of the region’s coffee.
