Archers - Elto Coffee - Ethiopia - Sama Washed - 250g

Tasting notes: Jasmine, Lemongrass, Pear, Earl Grey

This washed lot was produced by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene at the Elto Sama station in Anasora, Guji. Grown at 2,350 metres above sea level, the coffee is composed of the 74158 variety and reflects the floral, tea-like character associated with high-elevation Ethiopian coffees.

Ripe cherries are selectively picked, sorted and floated before pulping and washing. The parchment is dried on raised beds for 21 to 27 days, yielding a refined cup with jasmine and lemongrass aromatics, pear-like sweetness and an Earl Grey finish.
