Honey Haze and Candy Cloud espresso
Honey Haze suits a preference for sweetness, with honey, hazelnut and orchard fruit in its listed profile. Candy Cloud moves further toward cherry, candy and red wine. Taste the espresso without milk first to identify the differences, then prepare your usual drink. Milk volume strongly changes how fruit and sweetness come across.
Sweet Habit and Doppelganger also appear in the roaster’s core range. Explore the collection for current arrivals and availability.
Choosing filter coffee
Smooth Operator, Sugar Heist and Sure Thing offer three starting points for chocolate, caramel or dried-fruit notes. Lilac Dream and El Coyote Typica suit a more floral preference. Alter Ego is the darker-roasted option in the table. Smooth Operator is presented here as filter coffee, matching the listing available in our shop.
Decaf and seasonal changes
Lights Out is listed for filter and espresso and uses ethyl acetate decaffeination. It remains a lower-caffeine option, not a guarantee of zero caffeine. The origins behind some named coffees can change with harvests. When reordering a favourite, check the farm, process and roast version rather than relying only on its name.
Selection checked October 25, 2026. Lots and stock change: check each listing for availability, bag size, roast date and dispatch information. Tasting notes describe a flavour profile unless the processing information explicitly identifies an infusion or added ingredient.
