PHIL & SEBASTIAN - Lilac Dream
250g
Washed
Floral & Elegant
Roast date: February 10, 2026
Coffee information
Lilac Dream is one of our most delicate coffees. It has a tea-like texture, stone fruit sweetness, underlying florals and orange juiciness. These will mostly be washed coffees from East Africa, but expect a few surprises from other countries that offer this flavour profile.
The coffee in Lilac Dream right now comes from a site called Gerba Dogo, in the renowned West Guji Zone of Bule Hora in southern Ethiopia. The cup is everything we love about the Lilac Dream profile: a black tea backbone with layers of peach, nectarine, and apricot, plus a subtle herbal note of rue for character. The body is light yet creamy, the sweetness gentle, and the acidity refined and elegant.
