This edition of Lilac Dream comes from Gerba Dogo in Ethiopia’s West Guji region. Morkata Gata and Eyerusalem Gebregziabiher run the washing station, which receives cherries from surrounding communities. Grown at 2,100–2,300 metres, the coffee combines JARC and indigenous selections with washed processing.

The cup has a delicate tea-like character, gentle stone-fruit sweetness and floral notes. Its light yet creamy body and refined acidity are especially suited to filter brewing.
