Tasting notes: Apricot, candied lemon, oolong

Hadeso is a washed coffee from Guji, Ethiopia, grown at 1,850–2,100 metres. Around 500 producers supply the local washing station, cultivating coffee alongside shade-providing false banana plants.

Kittel describes a floral, sweet cup with balanced acidity. The lot is fermented for 36–48 hours in cement tanks, then dried for five to seven days under protective covers, depending on the weather.
