Starlight is Hatch's lively and expressive Foundation coffee, designed to showcase origin character through a modern, light-medium roast. The current iteration comes from Ethiopia's Duromina Washing Station and is fully washed, producing a clean and vibrant cup with delicate florals, juicy stone fruit and crisp citrus.
Roasted for clarity rather than heavy development, Starlight works beautifully as both filter coffee and modern espresso. Hatch recommends opening up the espresso ratio to highlight its sweetness, brightness and aromatic complexity.
