Escape Coffee - Kiss of God - Burundi - Washed

Tasting notes: Plum, White Flower, Citrus, Brown Sugar

Kiss of God is a washed Bourbon from the Bahire washing station in Burundi’s Ngozi province, grown at around 1,800 metres. Returning to Escape’s lineup for a second year, it highlights the sweetness and floral character that drew the roaster to this community’s coffee.

Plum, citrus and white flowers meet brown-sugar sweetness in the cup. Escape recommends a 1:17 filter ratio or a 1:2 espresso ratio in approximately 28 seconds. The washed process provides a clear setting for the fruit and floral notes, making this a versatile choice for both brewing methods.
