Café TorQué - Fusio - Brazil & Honduras - Pulped Natural & Washed

Tasting notes: Brownie, maple taffy, toasted hazelnut

Fusio brings together Brazilian sweetness and Honduran chocolate depth in Café TorQué’s Corsé range. The Brazil component comes from Coopama in Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, using pulped-natural Catuaí and Arara. The washed Honduras component comes from Anastacio Benitez’s El Izote farm in San Sebastián, Lempira, with Pacas and Catuaí grown at 1,300–1,500 metres. Expect brownie, maple taffy and toasted hazelnut. This dark profile is a good starting point for espresso, milk drinks or a fuller filter cup.
