Small Treat, also known as Petite Douceur, comes from Yessica and Diego Parra at El Mirador in Huila. This washed Caturra combines caramel sweetness with a fresh citrus character. After sorting and an initial oxidation phase, the pulped coffee ferments for 24 hours before washing and drying. The result is a balanced cup suited to filter and espresso.
