Keramo is a light-roasted washed coffee from the highlands of Bensa, Sidama. Around 1,500 small producers supply Keramo Adara station, working mainly with JARC 74112 and local Ethiopian varieties. Wet fermentation lasts 36–72 hours, followed by 12–15 days of drying on raised beds. Expect peach, floral aromas, lemon and sweet tea, with a light, silky body.
