Grown by Francy Castillo at Finca El Ubérrimo in Colombia's Nariño region, this exceptional lot combines Pink Bourbon, Geisha, Sidra, and Wush Wush varieties to create a beautifully refined and complex cup. Cultivated at 2,118 metres above sea level and processed using the washed method, it showcases the elegance and clarity that high-altitude Colombian coffees are known for.

Beyond producing outstanding coffee, Francy is a driving force in her community, supporting over 900 local smallholder farmers through the Berruecos project. Every cup reflects her commitment to quality, sustainability, and creating opportunities for coffee-growing families across the region.
