Brothers Jhonatan and Johan Gasca produce this Pacamara at Finca Zarza in Huila, Colombia. Tanat notes that this coffee was used twice by Jack Simpson in championship competition, including his 2025 world-championship win.

The Gasca brothers’ advanced-washed process yields a vivid and highly aromatic light filter roast. Raspberry leads the cup, with hibiscus and rose tea adding a delicate floral character that reflects the lot’s competition-focused presentation.
