Ruera Estate PB Washed #031 comes from Tanat Coffee, sourced from the prestigious Ruera Estate in Kiambu County, Kenya, just fifteen kilometres from Ruiru, at 1,500 MASL. Spanning nearly 200 hectares of rolling hills with rich red volcanic soils, the estate employs 1,000 people dedicated to the harvesting and meticulous processing of cherries. This peaberry lot  a blend of Batian, K7, Ruiru 11, and SL28 varieties undergoes a traditional washed process that perfectly enhances its bright, aromatic profile. Designed as an omni roast, it performs beautifully as both espresso and filter, delivering lively and fruity notes of redcurrant, rhubarb, and citrus throughout.
