Tanat - Alo Bore 74158 - Ethiopia - Washed

Alo Bore Washed comes from the highlands of Guji, Ethiopia, where producer Tamiru Tadesse grows the 74158 variety above 2,000 metres. The coffee is washed, a process Tanat uses here to present the lot with a clean, floral profile and clear separation between its flavours.

White flowers lead the cup, followed by sweet peach and a lively grapefruit finish. Tanat scored the lot at 88 and profiles it as an omni roast, making this a versatile Ethiopian coffee with delicate body and bright acidity.
