Neon Sorbet is a Pink Bourbon decaf produced by Wilton Benitez at Granja Paraiso 92 in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia.

The coffee undergoes controlled inoculation before sugarcane decaffeination. It remains delicate and expressive, with rose-water florals, sorbet sweetness, brown sugar and a light, lingering finish.
