Luis Enrique Cuellar and his brother Robinson manage Finca La Pradera in Santa María, Huila, Colombia. This is a washed Pink Bourbon from the farm’s 1,700 to 1,900 metre elevations.

The light roast is clean and bright, with floral aromatics, cherry sweetness, juicy pink-lemonade acidity and a cotton-candy finish.
