Las Perlitas is a sweet and juicy Colombian field blend from Huila, bringing together predominantly Pink Bourbon and Caturra coffees from local producers. Grown at 2,100 metres, the lot is processed using an anaerobic washed method, with coffees fermented in water to create a clean and expressive profile without excessive funk. The cup combines sweet raspberry and strawberry notes with bright lemon-lime citrus and a candied pear character. Its light body, sparkling acidity, and juicy fruit-forward finish make Las Perlitas an energetic and refreshing expression of high-altitude Colombian coffee.
