Project III Release 2 brings together three distinct Panama Geisha lots from Ratibor Hartmann's Mi Finquita, roasted by MAME, Proud Mary and Phil & Sebastian. The box contains one 80 g pouch from each roaster, offering a side-by-side tasting of their individual approaches to the same producer's coffees.

MAME selected a Wine Globe Washed lot grown at 2,000 m, Proud Mary a washed lot from 1,800 m, and Phil & Sebastian a Wine Globe Anaerobic Natural lot from 1,700 m. Each coffee has its own filter roast profile, allowing you to compare how processing and roasting shape the floral, fruit and tea-like notes across the three cups.
