Suke Quto Decaf comes from Tesfaye Bekele’s farm in Guji, Ethiopia. Born into a coffee-growing family and trained in environmental conservation, Tesfaye returned to the region to help restore land damaged by wildfires. That work led to the creation of Suke Quto Farm and its washing station, bringing coffee production and environmental restoration together in a long-term farming project.

This Landrace lot is naturally processed, dried on raised beds and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. Onyx describes a silky texture and a sweet, refined cup, with dried berries, dark chocolate, black tea and a rounded finish. Its moderate roast development makes it suitable for filter or espresso, retaining the lot’s fruit and tea character in a decaffeinated offering.
