Nelson Urrego grows this washed Chiroso at Finca Granito de Oro in Antioquia, Colombia, at 1,750 metres. Of the family’s 42 hectares, 12 are planted with coffee and 30 remain a forest preserve.

Candied lemon leads the cup, followed by hibiscus iced tea and dried papaya. The combination pairs citrus sweetness with a floral tea character, offering a clear expression of this distinctive Colombian-grown variety.
