Released with Looproom Coffee in Taipei, this washed Typica comes from Hsu Tingyeh’s Zhou Wu Mountain farm in Chiayi County, Taiwan. Tingyeh established the farm in 2001 by converting high-mountain oolong fields to coffee.

At 1,300 metres, he manages production from seed through milling. Gooseberry and violet meet a creamy milk-tea character, balancing gentle tartness with florals and a soft tea-like finish.
