This washed Maragogipe from Peru brings together Augustin Ccoyo’s family farm and Mirra’s collaboration with Secret Coffee in Brooklyn. At Finca Progreso, selective picking and slow drying in shade help preserve the lot’s character.

Its generous, syrupy texture carries black cherry and milk chocolate, followed by juicy apricot. Maragogipe’s unusually large beans make this a distinctive addition to the selection.
