About this coffee

Shoondhisa is a community lot from about 35 smallholder farmers in Guji, Ethiopia. Cherries are collected and processed by Sookoo Coffee under the direction of Ture Waji.

Origin and processing

Producer: Ture Waji and Shoondhisa smallholders. Region: Shoondhisa Kebele, Guji, Ethiopia. Elevation: 2,000 to 2,150 metres above sea level. Varieties: Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112. Process: natural, dried on raised beds.
