Landrace Natural Shoondhisa is a vibrant Ethiopian coffee from Shoondhisa Kebele in Guji, produced by Ture Waji and Sookoo Coffee from cherries grown by approximately 35 smallholder farmers at 2,000–2,150 metres above sea level. Featuring the Ethiopian Arabica selections Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112, this natural coffee offers a juicy and aromatic cup with notes of blueberry, lilac, and ripe mango. The cherries are dried whole on raised beds and carefully turned throughout the drying process, helping develop concentrated fruit sweetness and a rounded texture. The result is a beautifully expressive Ethiopian coffee with intense berry character, floral aromatics, tropical sweetness, and a clean, perfumed finish.
