Made from the renowned Gesha variety, this washed coffee offers a refined cup with notes of sweet plum, bright lime, and delicate florals. The coffee undergoes two 24-hour fermentation stages, followed by thorough washing and controlled drying, helping preserve its clarity and aromatic character. The result is a vibrant and expressive Colombian Gesha, combining juicy fruit sweetness, lively citrus acidity, and fragrant floral notes in a clean and well-defined cup.
