Going The Distance comes from smallholder farmers in the Buku Sayasa community of Ethiopia’s Guji Zone. The cherries undergo a 24 hour cold water fermentation before drying for three to four weeks on raised beds. FUNK calls the result Supernatural: floral and jammy with baking spice, a smooth texture and lingering complexity.
Roasted by FUNK Coffee in Vancouver and packed as whole beans in a 250g can with an oxygen-scavenging seal.
