Mayor – Laos is a special addition to our beloved Mayor series — and our very first coffee from Laos. The moment it landed on our cupping table, it was an instant “we have to buy this” coffee. Sourced from the Champasak region of the Bolaven Plateau, this washed Catigua lot grows in ideal conditions of high altitude, volcanic soil, and abundant groundwater, resulting in a clean, expressive cup with beautiful natural sweetness.

In the cup, expect comforting notes of Bosc pear, Glosette chocolate, and soft brown sugar. Smooth, cozy, and gently layered, it’s the perfect winter coffee - warm, familiar, and effortlessly satisfying from the first sip to the last.
