Big Sur Coffee’s Los Lajones Bambu Geisha is a remarkable washed Geisha from Graciano Cruz’s estate in Boquete, Panama, grown at elevations above 1,900 metres. Lot 8413 undergoes a carefully controlled 24-hour cherry fermentation followed by 36–40 hours of wet fermentation, then is naturally dried on bamboo beds. The result is an intensely aromatic and elegant cup, led by jasmine and creamy gardenia, with crisp peach and juicy orange flavours. Its silky texture and vibrant fruit character become especially pronounced as the coffee cools. A distinctive expression of the Bambu plot, this Geisha showcases the exceptional terroir and meticulous processing of Los Lajones Estate.
