Big Sur Coffee - Faysel Abdosh Single Farm - Ethiopia - Washed

Faysel Abdosh Single Farm is a premium Ethiopian heirloom lot from Welabo village in Guji’s Oddo Shakisso district, grown around 2,100 metres. Testi’s Single Farm Project began in 2025, and this farm’s coffee became a centrepiece of that year’s Private Collection Auction Series. The current lot comes from cherries harvested on December 11, 2025.

After flotation removes low-density cherries, the coffee is washed, depulped, and wet-fermented for 36 hours. It then dries slowly for 21 days on raised beds placed in a ventilated, low-sunlight area beneath black shade nets. The washed process yields a clean, transparent texture with white florals, fresh bergamot, refined citrus, and a soft peach finish.
