Ethiopia Washed Faysel Abdosh Single Farm Premium comes from Big Sur Coffee, sourced from Testi Specialty Coffee's pioneering Single Farm Project — launched in 2025 and immediately standing out as the centerpiece of Testi's Private Collection Auction Series. Grown in Welabo village, Oddo Shakisso, Guji, Ethiopia, at 2,100 MASL and harvested on December 11, 2025, this Ethiopian Heirloom lot undergoes a meticulous washed process: flotation to remove low-density cherries, thorough washing, 36 hours of wet fermentation, and 21 days of slow drying under black shade nets on raised beds in a well-ventilated area with limited direct sunlight. The result is delicate and elegant — clean and transparent in texture, with airy white florals, fresh bergamot, refined citrus, and a soft, sweet peach finish.
