Big Sur Coffee’s Esmeralda Special Natural Geisha Aguila 7NC comes from the Aguila plot at Hacienda La Esmeralda’s El Velo Farm in Boquete, Panama, grown at 1,850 metres. This exceptional Geisha is naturally processed and slowly dried for 22 days in a cold room, preserving its remarkable sweetness and delicate aromatics. The cup opens with fragrant jasmine and crisp white peach, followed by an intensely juicy purple grape character and a distinctive fruit-candy sweetness. An ultra-light roast highlights its floral elegance and vibrant fruit profile, finishing with a lingering floral character.
