This Geisha lot undergoes a 48-hour Mosto washed fermentation before being slow-dried on wooden trays — a distinctive Bandeja drying method that imparts exceptional clarity and texture. Super light roasted and vivid, the result is a refined, fruit-forward cup with notes of hibiscus, citrus, red berries, and sugar tangerine.
