The Yellow Pacas varietal remains rare and is currently available in limited quantities exclusively from Fincas Mierisch. Since 2024, this coffee has been roasted and offered as part of a long-term partnership.

Initial experience with the washed lot in 2024 suggested that a natural process could further enhance the potential of this cultivar. This approach has proven highly successful, bringing out the bold and structured flavor profile characteristic of Yellow Pacas.
