La Isla Farm is owned by the Café Ar Bar / Alietta family. Since 2021, their ETH47 lot has been sourced exclusively, recognized for its outstanding quality and consistency.

While last year’s lot presented ripe flavor notes reminiscent of natural process coffees, this year’s harvest leans more toward Ethiopian profiles, with an exceptionally complex and lingering aftertaste. This depth of flavor echoes the very first release of this coffee in 2021. As a result, the final roast profile remains closely aligned with the profiles developed in 2022 and 2023, preserving balance, clarity, and the unique character of the lot.
