Located in Costa Rica’s renowned Tarrazú region, Finca Santa Teresa 2000 reflects the passion, dedication, and expertise of producer Roger Ureña Hidalgo, whose family has been growing coffee for generations. After taking over the family farm, Roger established his own high-altitude micromill, allowing him to oversee every stage of production — from the careful hand-picking of cherries to the final processing of each lot.

This coffee comes from the El Tono plot, situated at elevations above 1,900 metres, where cool mountain temperatures and natural shade encourage slow cherry maturation and exceptional flavour development. Roasted for espresso, it delivers a rich and balanced cup with comforting notes of milk chocolate, bright orange zest, and smooth caramel sweetness. Warm, approachable, and beautifully structured, it’s an espresso that offers both complexity and everyday drinkability.
