Carefully fermented in its own mucilage before washing, the coffee develops remarkable clarity, complexity, and balance.

In the cup, delicate notes of black tea create an elegant foundation, followed by the vibrant acidity of raspberry and pomegranate. A juicy mandarin sweetness ties everything together, resulting in a lively, refined, and beautifully harmonious coffee with a memorable finish.
