Tasting notes: Hibiscus, Clementine, Almond

Full Bloom was grown by Eulises Guzman Serrato in La Plata, Huila, Colombia. The lot is made from the Colombia variety and reflects the work of a third-generation producer whose family has cultivated coffee in this region for decades.

After harvest, the cherries undergo 15 hours of oxidation before being depulped and sealed for a 36-hour fermentation. The coffee is then dried on raised beds inside a covered, ventilated structure, creating a clean washed profile with hibiscus, clementine and almond.
