Mama Mina Red Pacamara Petit Washed comes from Proud Mary Coffee, produced by the Mierisch family — a dynasty with roots in Nicaragua stretching back to the late 1800s when German geologist Bruno Mierisch Boettiger settled in Matagalpa after helping build the Nicaraguan National Railroad. Today, Fincas Mierisch spans fourteen farms across Nicaragua and Honduras, overseen by the 3rd and 5th generations of the family. Finca Mama Mina sits inside the Arenal Nature Reserve at 1,275–1,400 MASL, where fog covers the farm for over 60% of the day, creating a natural auto-shading effect and slower cherry maturation. Dubbed "Pacamara Petit" for its smaller screen sizes, this washed lot delivers all the hallmark character of the Pacamara variety — smooth milk chocolate, vanilla, and a bright lemon candy finish.
