Summer Solstice is Proud Mary Coffee's limited seasonal blend, combining carefully selected washed lots from smallholder farmers across Ethiopia and Honduras. Each origin is processed with meticulous care to preserve its distinct character — the brightness and floral complexity of Ethiopia complementing the sweet, rounded warmth of Honduras. The result is a radiant, well-balanced cup layered with sweet apricot, crisp Meyer lemon, smooth caramel, and a lingering brown sugar finish. Equally rewarding as filter or espresso, and only available while the season lasts.
