Summer Solstice is Proud Mary's seasonal blend of washed coffees from Ethiopia and Honduras. It was created around the contrast of the solstice across hemispheres: long, bright summer days in the north and slow winter mornings in the south. The blend connects coffee's birthplace with some of Proud Mary's most meaningful producer relationships.

The cup is bright and refreshing, layering apricot and Meyer lemon over caramel and brown sugar sweetness. Built for contrast and designed for either espresso or filter, it brings together the clarity of washed processing with a balanced profile suited to the season.
